I've experienced unusual events in my life, beginning when I was a very young girl. One such event was dreaming about my mother's sudden death. The particulars of that dream came to pass months after the dream. That experience caught my attention. I knew there was something more than the world most of us know.
There is indeed, an inner domain that we all experience. Some of us are aware of it, while others are not. For the latter, that world might come to us as fate. The inner world is rich in potential for guidance, offering freedom from the pressure of keeping unattractive parts of our personality at bay, including unwelcome aspects.
For instance, resentment or fear, once acknowledged, can fuel creativity. Similarly, acknowledging envy can free us to enjoy our relationships more deeply. The unconscious aspects of self can speak to us in dreams, offering opportunities for joy and growth.
Jungian principles guide my work. This means paying attention to feelings, dreams, and even anomalous experiences. I believe that by embracing all aspects of ourselves—both light and shadow—we can access profound wisdom and live more authentic, fulfilling lives.
Let me guide you through the fascinating landscape of your unconscious mind, where dreams carry messages and imagination holds the keys to transformation.
